Same-Day Consultation

When an unexpected health problem arises, it is important to be able to count on an adequate medical response. The Same-Day Consultation was designed to provide support for acute situations that require evaluation on the very same day, but do not constitute an emergency.

In this consultation, patients benefit from a timely clinical assessment, with a close and personalized approach aimed at identifying the problem and defining the most appropriate treatment or referral.

When should you use the Same-Day Consultation?

The Same-Day Consultation can be an option for sudden symptoms, such as:

• Fever, cough, common cold, or flu-like symptoms;
• Sore throat or mild respiratory infections;
• Earaches, eye pain, or toothaches;
• Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or abdominal pain;
• Urinary or genital infections;
• Recent onset of muscle or joint pain;
• Minor injuries or small wounds;
• Recent worsening of symptoms associated with chronic diseases.

The Same-Day Consultation requires an in-person appointment and is subject to availability for that day.

For non-urgent issues or appointments made further in advance, a regular consultation should be scheduled.
